At Clixaremsnyx, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase of VitiCore Balance. This Return Policy explains your rights regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with Swedish consumer protection law and EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

2. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

As a consumer purchasing goods through our website (distance selling), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you received the goods, without providing any reason. This right is provided under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Lag (2005:59) om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day period expires. You may use the contact details below or submit a clear written statement.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be returned within 14 calendar days of notifying us of your intent to withdraw.
  • The product must be unopened and in its original, undamaged packaging.
  • The product must be in the same condition as when it was received.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used, as these are consumable dietary supplements, for hygiene and safety reasons.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at notify-us@clixaremsnyx.world within the 14-day withdrawal period to notify us of your intention to return the product.
  2. Include your order number, the product name, and your reason for return (optional but helpful).
  3. We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
  4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address we provide.
  5. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was delivered damaged or defective.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds will be issued within 14 calendar days of receiving your returned item.

We will refund the full product price including any standard delivery charges paid at the time of ordering. We do not refund the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at notify-us@clixaremsnyx.world. Include your order number and photographs of the damage or defect.

In such cases, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used dietary supplement products.
  • Products returned after the 14-day withdrawal period without prior agreement.
  • Products that have been damaged due to improper use or storage after delivery.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges at this time. If you wish to receive a different product, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order.

9. Your Statutory Rights

This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable Swedish and EU consumer protection law. Your rights under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen, SFS 2022:260) are not limited by this policy, including your right to remedies for non-conforming goods for up to 3 years from delivery.
